LAUNCH PARTY RECAP!

AAHHHH! MY BOOK IS PUBLISHED AND OFFICIALLY SHIPPING!!!

It’s been so much fun to ship it out all over the country these last few weeks! With the pre-launch done, we hosted the official Launch Party at the Sac State Alumni Center on August 13, 2023. It was such a special event and I absolutely loved seeing everyone! It’s so humbling to have so many people from all different parts of my life show up to support me— gym friends, high school teachers, college teammates and coaches, clients, friends, and even my college coach who flew in to surprise me! Thank you all for being a part of this very surreal day!
